Seasonal Influenza (Flu) Vaccine
Cash, check, Medicaid/BadgerCare+, United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Plan, and Traditional Medicare Part B (only if you do not an advantage plan*) are accepted; plans issued by Wisconsin only. Receipts provided to allow individuals to submit to other insurances. *We are not in-network with other advantage plans. If you have an advantage plan other than United Healthcare Medicare Advantage, you are ineligible for fee-exempt flu and COVID vaccines through Door County Public Health.
Standard Dose: $40
High Dose (65+): $75
Children: Free school vaccination clinics for 6th-12th graders are being offered countywide; information will be sent home with students. Contact Door County Public Health if your child did not receive information from their school. For younger children, the flu vaccine is free for children ages 6 months to 18 years who are on BadgerCare+, have no insurance/insurance that doesn't cover vaccines, or are Native American or Alaskan Native--available in-office only, appointment required. Schedule children here.
Pfizer COVID 2023-24 Vaccine
Administered at least two months after most recent COVID vaccine dose. DCPH only has Pfizer vaccine available; the Pfizer vaccine is available to all (6 months+) regardless of vaccine brand previously received.

Children: COVID vaccine available free for ages 6 months to 18 years for those who are on Medicaid/BadgerCare+, have no insurance/insurance that doesn't cover vaccines, or are Native American or Alaskan Native--available in-office and at Washington Island Clinic only, appointment required. For children who don't qualify, DCPH only has COVID vaccine available for ages 12-18 for a fee; receipts provided to allow individuals to submit to other insurances. Schedule children here.
You may choose to receive flu vaccine only, COVID only, or both. Flu and COVID vaccines can be given at the same time.

Appointment availability changes due to cancellations and appointments being added. Please check back if your desired time is not currently available.
To expedite service at clinics, please do the following:
- Wear short sleeves and have your arm readily accessible.
- Bring your completed Authorization Form (Español: Formulario de Autorización). Printed copies will be available on-site.
- Provide exact payment (depending on vaccine preferences) or applicable insurance card. Insurance card must be presented at time of appointment. Make checks payable to "DCPH".
